He said there was high-level military cooperation between the two countries and these relations are developing year by year: “Hundreds of Azerbaijani officers have attended the exercises in Pakistan since Azerbaijan’s regaining independence. Pakistan is ready to assist Azerbaijan to strengthen its defense power. For this purpose, various military-industrial products of Pakistan were presented to Azerbaijan and our country is ready to export these products.”
The ambassador also added that the Pakistan’s army chief of staff held high-level meetings in Azerbaijan at the beginning of this year: “I hope that this visit will make a contribution to the development of military cooperation.”
