A Defense Ministry official says an Army court on Friday convicted a captain surnamed Lee for posting offensive remarks about the president and his administration’s projects.
The official said the captain’s action is a breach of a military law that bans offending a commander. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the ruling was not publicly released.
